Cookies was originally first brought about in seventh Centaury by Persians who called these cookies as "Koekje". After the introduction of delicious chocolate as treats, these cookies have now surpassed all limits and have become one of the popular appetizers for peoples of every age group. In this case I've shared a couple of ideal chocolate cookies that anyone can incorporate to your food menu in addition share this recipe with your friends and relations.

1). Viennese Chocolate Cookies:

Ingredients: All-purpose Flour - 2 cup Sugar (white) - cup Egg (white) - 1 Vanilla essence - tsp Salt -1 pinch Chocolate Chips (melted) - 1 cup Butter - 2 cups Nuts (Chopped) - 1 cup

To start with pre-heat the oven to 350 degree F. At this time blend butter and sugar along with electric mixer to form a soft cream. Then incorporate all dry and fresh ingredients except nuts and chocolate chips with the cream and mix it well right until the dough becomes smooth and soft. Now tube the cookie batter within a butter paper with star tip. Then squeeze the batter to the baking tray and sprinkle the nut over the cookie dough. After completing this procedure bake the cookies for atleast 15 minutes. When the baking is finished, transfer the cookie to an alternative tray and give it time to cool. Next drizzle melted chocolate over the cookies and let it subside completely on the cookies. Now the cookies are ready for your kids, that taste yummy and crunchy.

2). Chocolate Meringue Cookies:

Ingredients: Cream of Tarter - 1/8 tsp Sugar (white) - cup Egg (white) - 2 Vanilla extract - 1 tsp Cocoa Powder - cup Chocolate Chips - 6 ounces Nuts (Chopped) - cup

Blend egg white with cream of tartar along with an electrical mixer to form a soft cream. Now add vanilla flavoring and blend well. Now gradually introduce sugar towards the cream and blend well till it is stiff. Then very carefully introduce cocoa powder, choc chips and nuts to the mixture and combine well with a spatula. Now preheat the oven to 300 degree F and spread ungreased cookie sheet on the tray. Now using a teaspoon drop the mixture with gap in between each batter and bake it for 25 minutes. After baking is done, transfer the cookie to an alternative tray and allow it to cool-down completely. The cookies are set for your kids and family.
